Arkle is located at the end of a small lane leading from Lairg High Street. The cottage has an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge. The lounge has an open fire, TV, DVD player, CD player, radio and patio doors. A flight of five steps takes you to the landing, leading on to one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and bathroom with electric shower. Each bedroom has an electric panel heater. Each bed also has an electric blanket to ensure you are really cosy
 The kitchen has a fridge with ice box, electric cooker, microwave and washing machine/tumble drier. The kitchen also boasts a full complement of utilities including cafetiere, toaster, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans.
To the side of the cottage is a clothes line and to the rear is a wild meadow garden approx 20m long backing on to Gunn’s plantation.
Space for parking is available at the front of the cottage.
Arkle is fitted with a smoke alarm.
No smoking is allowed within  the cottage. Pets by arrangement.
